Transformation Of Charles E. Smith Center Continues

7/29/2010 - A new integrated video, scoring and advertising system for George Washington University athletics and events is set to be installed this summer as part of the ongoing transformation of the Charles E. Smith Center. The system, designed, manufactured and installed by Daktronics Inc. (Nasdaq-DAKT) of Brookings, S.D., is among the continued upgrades to a facility that has served as the home of GW athletics for more than 30 years.

7/28/2010 - Two-time first-team All-Atlantic 10 selection Ben Arikian of Massachusetts and Saint Louis junior Mike Roach, the league's leading returning scorer, headline the 2010 preseason men's soccer All-Conference team, as selected by the league's head coaches.

    2010 Women's Soccer Preseason All-Conference Team Announced

    7/27/2010 - Whitney Weinraub of Charlotte and Dayton's Katherine Boone, the reigning Atlantic 10 Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year, respectively, headline the 2010 A-10 preseason women's soccer All-Conference team, as selected by the league's head coaches. Weinraub led the A-10 in goals (13), points (32) and game-winning tallies (six) en route to earning Offensive Player of the Year honors for the second-straight season. Boone registered a league-high 13 shutouts while establishing an A-10 record for goals against average (0.41).
