NEWPORT NEWS, Va.  – The 2016 Atlantic 10 Conference Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track & Field Academic All-Conference teams were announced on Thursday, comprised of student-athletes who were selected based on their athletic and academic performance. To be nominated, student-athletes must have a GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) for their entire academic career. The teams were selected through voting conducted by the league's Sports Information Directors.

Making up the men's team are Davidson’s Patrick Rollo and Daniel Samet, George Mason’s Logan Besougloff, Stuart Lampen-Crowell and John Seals, George Washington’s Ryan Tucker, Massachusetts’ Paolo Tavares, Rhode Island’s Alex McGrainer and David Dorsey  and Jack Magee of Saint Joseph’s.

On the women's side, Davidson’s Hannah Rieden, Dayton’s Leah Frischmann and Sonya Napariu, Duquesne’s Autumn Greba and Abby O’Connell, Massachusetts’ Bridget Deveau, Heather MacLean and Carly Zinner, Rhode Island’s Jennifer Czerapowicz and Emma Kidd of Saint Louis make up the team.
