FAIRFAX, Va. - The sixth-seeded Rhode Island Rams scored four goals against third-seeded Saint Louis to advance to the semifinals of the 2015 Atlantic 10 Men's Soccer Championship, Thursday at George Mason Stadium.

Rhode Island (10-7-2) will face second-seeded Dayton in Friday's 7:30 pm semifinal contest.

Dominik Richter got the scoring started early, dribbling through a patch of SLU defenders, stopping near the corner of the box, and firing a shot high into the top right corner of the net in the fourth minute. His score was assisted by Carlo Davids, and was the earliest the Rams have scored in a game this season.

The Rams didn't score again until early in the second half when Tyler Dickson found himself in the right place, heading Ryan Oakley's corner kick into the back of the net in the 59th minute.

Less than 10 minutes later, Richter took a feed from Davids again and one-timed a shot low towards the left post past a diving Sascha Otte for his sixth goal of the season, giving the Rams a 3-0 advantage, before Ryan Bailey added a fourth Rhody goal in the 78th minute.

The Billikens (8-7-2) didn't stay quiet, however, getting on the board in the 80th minute. Vince Cicciarelli headed a ball into the net on a perfect cross from David Graydon, cutting the defecit to 4-1. Lennart Hein converted a penalty kick for the Bills' second goal of the game, but the score of 4-2 would hold for the remainder of the game.

Nils Leifhelm made five saves for the Rams, while Sascha Otte posted one save.
