NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Massachusetts junior Rebecca Frisk and Saint Louis junior Alyssa Seitzer were named Atlantic 10 Conference Women's Soccer Co-Players of the Week, the league announced Monday. Seitzer's freshmen teammates Isabel Burke and Hannah Friedrich were named Defensive Player and Rookie of the Week, respectively, for games played Sep. 3-9.

Frisk posted UMass’ first hat trick since 2010 with three goals and an assist in an 8-0 win over Chicago State in the Minutewomen’s only match of the week. The junior from Long Valley, N.J., posted career-highs in goals (3) and points (7) in the match. Her three goals came on just five shots and in 43 minutes of action. The forward netted the opening two goals of the match in the first half before adding her third just 12 minutes into the second half. Frisk became the first A-10 player this season to post a hat trick in a game, and now leads the league with five goals.

Seitzer, a Leadwood, Kan., native opened her week with two goals and an assist in a 4-0 win over Oral Roberts, tying her career highs of eight shots and five shots on goal. She then added the opening goal and four shots in a 3-0 win over Missouri State.

Burke, a freshman defender, played all 90 minutes in both games as SLU defeated Oral Roberts 4-0 and Missouri State 3-0. The Webster Groves, Mo., product helped lead a defensive effort that allowed each opponent to just two shots, none of which were on goal. She also scored her first collegiate goal against Missouri State.

Friedrich scored the second goal for the Billikens in a 4-0 win over Oral Roberts before assisting on the first two goals and adding a score in a 3-0 win over Missouri State. The midfielder from Hazelwood, Mo., is now second on the team with three goals behind Seitzer.
