NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Charlotte’s Isaac McReynolds was named the Atlantic 10 Conference Men’s Outdoor Track and Field Performer of the Week, while Hannah Kuenzel of Saint Louis was named the Atlantic 10 Conference Women’s Track and Field Performer of the Week. Anthony Campbell of Charlotte received Men’s Rookie of the Week and Richmond’s Mary Allen was named Women’s Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office Monday for meets competed Mar. 18-24.

McReynolds, a senior, garnered Men’s Performer of the Week after competition this past weekend with first-place finishes in both the 110-meter hurdles (14.38) and the 4x100-meter relay (40.55) at the HPU VertKlasse Meeting.

Kuenzel, a junior, earned Women’s Performer of the Week honors after competing in the Shot Put, the Discus and the Hammer Throw this past weekend at the Billiken Kickoff. The Saint Genevieve, Mo., native placed first in the Shot Put and tied a school record with a throw of 45’ 9.25”. Kuenzel also recorded second-place finishes in both the Discus (119’ 05”) and the Hammer (151’ 00”).

Campbell received Men’s Rookie of the Week for the second consecutive week after recording a first-place finish in the Triple Jump (48’ 02.75”) and a seventh-place finish in the Long Jump (21’ 08”).

Allen, a freshman from Richmond, Va., captured Women’s Rookie of the Week honors after placing third in the 200-meters at the William & Mary Invitational with a time of 24.79.
