NORMAN, Okla. - After an opening round loss to Arkansas yesterday evening, the Rams will be back on the diamond Saturday afternoon, taking on the Marist Red Foxes at 4:30 PM.

The winner of Saturday afternoon's contest will advance, playing a second game at 7 PM against the loser of the game between Arkansas and Oklahoma. The loser of the game between the Rams and Red Foxes will be bounced from the Regional.
SCOUTING MARIST: Marist, the conference champions out of the MAAC, enters today's game against Fordham after a 17-0 pounding at the hands of number one seed Oklahoma last night.
Coming into today's contest with a 30-25 record and hitting at a .282 clip, the Red Foxes have five players hitting above the .300 mark on the year. Alyssa Zahka and Danielle Koltz lead Marist with a .365 and .364 average, respectively. Nicole Cheek, hitting at .350 following yesterday's loss, tops the Red Foxes with 15 home runs on the campaign.
In the circle, Emily Osterhaus leads the Red Foxes in every major statistical category. The senior from Suwanee, Ga., is 14-10 on the year with a 2.59 ERA and tallied a team-best 71 strikeouts in 146 innings pitched.
