"Farmers Fishers Bakers has a great menu, particularly brunch. Great view of the waterfront- perfect for a sunny day any time of the year!"
--Sarah Barnes, Women's Soccer Head Coach
"My favorite place to eat by far is Founding Farmers. It was the first place I ate when I came to campus for the first time. I had the stuffed french toast and coffee. I was blown away with the quality of the food, taste and open-concept atmosphere they have created. It's still one of my favorite dishes. Nowadays it's always the first place I choose when I host recruits, have family in town or going to grab a bite with friends."
--Chelsea France, Cross Country/Track Assistant Coach
"Whole Foods. I feel it is the best place due to it's location and variety of food. Plus, it's healthy and when you're on the go and busy, it's so convenient."
--Torrie Browning - Women's Head Tennis Coach
"Founding Farmers is a go-to restaurant at GW with its farm-to-table style. Brunch is my personal favorite - the stuffed french toast at Founding Farmers is by far the best I've had."
--Kristi Saporito, Athletics Communications Specialist
"Rock Bottom has a great atmosphere and great food. The loaded nachos make you forget that you still have an entrée coming."
--Cass Ferguson, Atlantic 10 Director of Championships
For lunch, Jetties is a great little sandwich spot with outdoor seating near the softball stadium on Foxhall Road. I go with the Nobadeer -- turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. It’s like Thanksgiving in a Sandwich.
