 | St. Bonaventure, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Dayton Advance To A-10 Quarterfinals At Boardwalk Hall In Atlantic City, NJ St. Bonaventure will play top-seeded Temple at noon, Rhode Island faces fourth-seeded Saint Louis at 2:30pm, Dayton and second-seeded Xavier will square off at 6:30pm while UMass plays No. 3 seed Richmond at 9 pm. |
 | A-10 Notebook - Mar. 9 The 2010 A-10 Men's Basketball Championship commences on Tuesday, Mar. 9, with four first round games. No. 9 Duquesne visits No. 8 St. Bonaventure, No. 5 Rhode Island hosts No. 12 Saint Joseph's, No. 11 Massachusetts visits No. 6 Charlotte and No. 7 Dayton hosts No. 10 George Washington. All four contests will tip-off at 7:00pm, and the SJU-URI game will be televised on Cox.

 | Bucky Bockhorn Named Receipient Of 2010 Bob Vetrone Atlantic 10 Media Award Long-time University of Dayton radio analyst Arlen "Bucky" Bockhorn has been tabbed the recipient of the 2010 Bob Vetrone Atlantic 10 Media Award in voting conducted by the league's sports information directors. Now in his 41st season providing color commentary of Dayton men's basketball for WHIO, Bockhorn is a 1958 graduate of the University of Dayton with a degree in education. He enjoyed a standout playing career at UD and is a member of the school's Hall of Fame and All-Century team. Bockhorn also played several seasons for the NBA's Cincinnati Royals. |
 | A-10 Announces Men's Basketball All-Conference Teams Junior guard Kevin Anderson of Richmond has been named the 2009-10 Atlantic 10 men's basketball Player of the Year in voting conducted among the Conference's 14 head coaches. The A-10 coaches also selected Fordham's Chris Gaston as the Rookie of the Year, Chris Johnson of Dayton as the recipient of the Chris Daniels Award as the league's most improved player, Temple's Ramone Moore as Sixth Man of the Year, Damian Saunders of Duquesne as Defensive Player of the Year and Temple's Fran Dunphy as Coach of the Year. In addition, Yves Mekongo of La Salle was tabbed Student-Athlete of the Year in voting among the league's sports information directors.
