NEWPORT NEWS, Va.--Butler University and Virginia Commonwealth University officially became a part of the Atlantic 10 Conference on July 1, 2012. The additions brought the number of A-10 member institutions to 16.

The Atlantic 10 Conference office and several member institutions provided video welcome messages for the two programs. Those videos can been seen below.
