Megan Hogan Of George Washington Garners Cross Country All-America Distinction

11/24/2009 - Senior Megan Hogan of George Washington capped off her incredible season with a 27th-place finish on Monday afternoon at the 2009 NCAA Division I Women's Cross Country Championship. Hogan finished with a time of 20:34 en route to becoming the first female runner in school history to earn All-America distinction.

Lemon posted a winning time of 26:13.3 on Oct. 31 at the 2009 A-10 Cross Country Championships...became the program's first-ever A-10 individual champion...UD placed third in the 14-team field.

Roeth was the top rookie finisher - 25th overall - on Oct. 31 at the 2009 A-10 Cross Country Championships...posted a time of 27:38.3... UD placed third in the 14-team field.

Women's Cross Country Most Outstanding Performer

Hogan became the first-ever GW runner to seize the A-10 Cross Country individual title as she registered a winning time of 18:37.8 on Oct. 31 at the 2009 A-10 Cross Country Championships...finished more than 50 seconds ahead of the next competitor...GW placed eighth out of 14 teams.
