    Goetschius captured the individual title on Nov. 1 at the 2008 Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championships in a time of 17:37.7...marked the third-fastest time in Conference annals...Charlotte finished second in the 14-team field, its highest-ever finish since joining the A-10 in 2005.

    Spratford finished sixth overall and tops among freshmen with a time of 18:15.4 at the 2008 Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championships on Nov. 1...placed third among UR runners...Richmond claimed its second-ever A-10 title and first since 2003.
