PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - George Washington sophomore Megan Hogan was the highest A-10 finisher at the NCAA Division I National Championships on the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course on Monday in Terre Haute, Ind.

Hogan completed her inaugural season at George Washington by becoming the first Colonial runner to qualify for the NCAA's and finished 96th out of 252 runners. Her time of 21:10.6 comes less than a week after Hogan placed 19th at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships, which was also the best-ever finish for a Colonial runner at the meet.

Charlotte sophomore and Atlantic 10 individual champion Amanda Goetschius placed 119th, crossing the line in a time of 21:20. Goetschius earned All-Region honors following an eighth-place showing last weekend at the NCAA Southeast Regionals and now holds three of the top ten women's 6K times in Charlotte history.

On the men's side, sophomore twin brothers Chris and Matt Lemon of Dayton finished 102nd and 116th out of 252 runners, respectively. Chris, who earned his ticket by way of a third-place effort at the NCAA Great Lakes Regionals, finished with a time of 30:55.70. Matt, who previously held the 10K school record, crossed the finish line at 31:02.20.

Saint Joseph's senior Kyle Murray competed in his first NCAA Championships and placed 145th overall. Murray completed the 10K course with a time of 31:12.6. It marked the first SJU runner at the Championships since 2003.

Richmond junior Matt Llano, a two-time Atlantic 10 All-Conference selection, finished 176th with a 31:29.50. Llano was the runner-up at the 2008 A-10 Championship and posted a seventh-place finish two weeks later at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
