Steve Chubin is native of Forest Hills, N.Y., and finished his Rhody career with 1,751 points - currently fifth on the school's all-time scoring list.

He averaged 21.8 points per game in his 80 game career, the third-best scoring average in school history. He led the Rams to the program's second appearance in the NCAA Tournament in 1966, as well as a pair of Yankee Conference Championships.

After college, he was a third round pick of the San Francisco Warriors of the NBA and played several seasons in the ABA - including the 1968-69 season with the New York Nets.
