Duquesne is 16-29 all-time at the Atlantic 10 Championship and is now 7-11 in First Round contests.
This game marked the first time Duquesne and La Salle have meet in the Atlantic 10 Championship.
This is the 10th Atlantic 10 Championship game Duquesne has played in that has been decided by three points or less. The Dukes are now 3-7 in those games, with five of those contests occurring in the past six seasons.

Snapped a three-game losing streak following their second victory over Duquesne in the 2007-08 campaign
Improved to 7-10 in the Atlantic 10 Championship following its first ever conference tournament win over the Dukes
Moved to 6-5 in Opening Round action with wins in five of its last six first round contests
Will make its seventh all-time appearance in the A-10 Quarterfinals and first since 2006
Head coach John Giannini evened his A-10 Championship record to 2-2
Holds a 36-27 all-time advantage over Duquesne, including wins in four of the last seven meetings
Picked up its sixth straight win in games decided by five points or less for an overall mark of 8-4 in such contests
Reached or surpassed the 80-point mark for the eighth time this season
Improved to 8-3 in Wednesday contests
Connected on 7-of-8 field goals to begin the game as well as its first three triples from behind the arc
Entered halftime with an advantage for the 15th time this season with wins in 10 of 15 contests
