Four A-10 Teams Earn AP Preseason Votes

NEWPORT NEWS, Va.--Four Atlantic 10 men's basketball teams got votes and finished just outside of the Associated Press preseason Top 25.

VCU garnered 58 votes and would have ranked 27th if the poll extedned that far. Saint Louis would be 28th with 46 votes and Butler tallied 33 votes and would be 30th. Saint Joseph's, the league favorite among the coaches and media, scored 25 votes and would have ranked 32nd.

Those same four teams also received votes in the ESPN/USA Today coaches Poll.
