PRINCETON, N.J. - Due to prevailing weather conditions, Friday's Chevrolet Gotham Classic game between Detroit and Temple at the Liacouras Center has been postponed, it was announced by Gazelle Group president Rick Giles.  Conditions in the Midwest combined with wind conditions in Philadelphia prevented Detroit from being able to safely travel to Philadelphia for the game. The game will be rescheduled at a later date.

Temple (9-2), coming off an upset win over then #3/3 Syracuse last Saturday, will return to action Monday, December 31 when it hosts Bowling Green for a 2:00 p.m. tip-off at The Liacouras Center (OwlAccess/1210 WPHT AM). All fans are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to the game for Toys for Tots, and will receive a discounted ticket for as low as $5.00 for doing so.   Canned food will also be collected for Philabundance.
