Jennifer Shasky Calvery is a three-time Atlantic 10 All-Conference selection, including the 1990 A-10 Rookie of the Year.

In 1992, Calvery was named A-10 Tournament MVP after leading the Colonials to their first A-10 Championship with 16 points in a 62-57 win over Rutgers in the title game. Calvery was a member of GW's first two NCAA Tournament teams in 1991 and 1992, advancing to the second round each season.

The 1993 NCAA Woman of the Year and NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship recipient, Calvery was also an outstanding student who was a four-time A-10 Academic All-Conference selection and a two-time Academic All-District honoree. Inducted into the George Washington Athletics Hall of Fame in 1999, Calvery was a prolific 3-point shooter who still owns the school record for 3-point percentage in a game (1.000 -7-for-7) and ranks fifth all-time at GW with 195 career triples.

Calvery averaged 14.0 points per game in her career, the fifth best scoring average in program history, and she also ranks fifth in points (1,643), eighth in steals (242), 11th in blocks (85) and 16th in rebounds (565).
