Northeastern 76, La Salle 45
Brittany Wilson (Pawtucket, R.I./Northeastern) hit the 20-point mark for the second time in as many games, scoring a team-best 20 in La Salle's 76-45 loss to Northeastern at Tom Gola Arena on Thursday night. Northeastern's Deanna Kerkhof led all scorers with 22 points. The Explorers fall to 0-2, while the Huskies improve to 1-1.

UMKC 56, Saint Louis 53
Lorreal Jones scored 18 points, just one point shy of her career best, but UMKC rallied for a 56-53 victory Thursday night at Swinney Recreation Center.
