PHILADELPHIA, Pa.- Temple upset second-ranked Massachusetts in an offensively-impressive 4-0 victory to advance to the Championship game against Richmond at 2pm on Saturday.

The Owls struck early in the game when Rookie Amber Youtz took a deflection off Massachusetts keeper Alesha Widdall out of the air and put it into the back of the net.

Offensive Player of the Year Bridgett Settles proved deserving of the accolade by netting two goals in the game including a penalty stroke.

"We had so many people step up today on the offensive and defensive end," said Temple head coach Amanda Janney, "I think we have that team effort again tomorrow I think we'll come out on top.

Tomorrow's championship game between the third-seeded Owls and top-seeded Spiders will be streamed live and free of charge on Atlantic10.com.
