NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Dayton's Juliana Libertin and La Salle's Jourdan McVicker were named Atlantic 10 Conference Women's Soccer Co-Players of the Week, the league announced Monday. VCU's Emma Kruse earned Rookie of the Week honors.

Libertin earned the first weekly honor of the season after netting three goals and two assists in two games against the University of Texas and the University of Texas San Antonio. The junior from Uniontown, Ohio, was involved in five of seven Dayton goals last weekend, including four in the Flyer's 5-1 winning effort over UTSA. Her six points in a single game is the second best in her career (7 points vs.Temple, 10/23/11).

McVicker earned honors this week after scoring the game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory against No. 20/23 West Virginia. In addition to her offensive efforts, the junior from Metuchen, N.J., was assigned with defending senior Bri Rodriguez, ranked as the 14th best player in the country by TopDrawerSoccer.com. McVicker held Rodriguez to a single shot in the contest as the Explorers won their first match of the young season.

Kruse started her first two collegiate games in the net for the Rams, picking up her first career win with a 3-0 shutout over Longwood. The redshirt freshman notched three saves on nine shots in her debut, allowing one goal in a tie versus High Point. The Woodbridge, Va., native came back in her second start with two saves on 10 shots, recording VCU's ninth shutout in the last 12 games, dating back to last season.
